One-on-One Personal Counseling
Personal Counseling at Ichha Foundation is a private, confidential, and deeply empathetic therapeutic process that forms the emotional backbone of our recovery program. Each resident is assigned a dedicated counselor who meets with them regularly in one-on-one sessions tailored to their unique history, emotional state, and recovery goals.
These sessions create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can freely express their deepest fears, past traumas, guilt, grief, and personal challenges. Our counselors use evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care to help each person understand the root causes of their addiction and develop a personalized path forward. Through consistent, compassionate engagement, we help residents rebuild their self-worth, restore hope, and redefine their future.
